Roles and Responsibility
Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain study protocols, case report forms, and other study-related documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data management, biostatistics, and medical writing.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of study progress and results.
Manage and resolve issues related to study conduct, data quality, or patient safety.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
Proven experience in clinical research coordination, preferably in a pharmaceutical company setting.
Robust understanding of Positive Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and prioritize multiple tasks.
Proficient in using clinical trial management systems (CTMS) and other relevant software.
