Role & responsibilities
Preparation of Project specific Quality Management Plan including ITP, formats and various standards & codes to be followed for Project execution and coordinate with Client for its approval
Responsible for Quality Planning, Assurance and Quality Control in the Project and aim for Zero NCR.
Arrange adequate Quality Engineers at various areas of operations / activities to meet the ITP of the Quality Management Plan.
Inspect field activities as per approved inspection plans, obtaining clearances from clients / consultants and making reports,
Addressing client NCRs and closing after corrective/ preventive actions. Report to the Project In-charge regarding QA & QC performance. Coordinate with the Project In-charge to plan factory visits & testing of materials.
