We are looking for an experienced Sr. Tender Manager to handle end-to-end tendering and contract activities for Government, PSU, Railway and Engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end tendering, bid preparation and submission.
Review tender documents, technical specifications, BOQ and commercial/contractual conditions.
Prepare technical compliance, commercial bids, proposals, budgetary quotations and tender documentation.
Handle online bidding/e-tendering portals, including IREPS, GeM, CPPP, etc.
Prepare pre-bid queries, clarifications and contractual correspondence.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely and accurate bid submission.
Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including LOA/PO, contract agreements, amendments, extensions and claims.

Candidate Profile




1015 years of relevant experience in Tendering / Bidding / Contract Management.
Robust knowledge of Government/PSU/Railway tender methodology.
Excellent English communication, drafting and correspondence skills.
Positive commercial, analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Ability to independently handle multiple tenders under strict deadlines.
Willingness to travel for pre-bid meetings, negotiations and customer/site visits.

Preferred: Experience in Indian Railways, RITES, RVNL, IRCON, DFCCIL, Metro, Government PSUs, Capital Equipment, Machinery.
