We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 7 years of experience to lead our Client Account Management team in India, focusing on GCC client relationships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, industry expertise, and business development.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through effective client relationship management.
Identify current business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize account management strategies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in client account management,



preferably in the GCC region or similar international markets.
Strong understanding of the IT services and consulting industry, including current trends and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective account management strategies.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to drive business outcomes.
