Role & responsibilities:
Conducting Title Due Diligence of Properties and preparing Internal Due Diligence Report
Drafting, vetting and finalization of various documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit, indemnity etc.
Interaction and Co-ordination with external Law firms, Advocates, Solicitors, Business Development teams, Developers.
Negotiations with Developers/ their Lawyers for closure of due diligence and transaction documents
Preferred candidate profile:
Excellent drafting skills
Sound knowledge of Property Laws in the states such as Orissa, AP, Telangana, Karnataka.
Should be able to read documents and revenue records.
Robust analytical skills with attention to details
