ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finishing with robust exposure to building construction and finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finishing activities, ensuring quality, timelines, coordination and smooth project handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage finishing works across the project from execution to handover.
Plan, monitor and control all finishing activities as per project timelines.
Manage internal and external finishes, including flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, faade, doors & windows, and other finishing packages.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.
Review drawings, specifications and finishing details and ensure proper execution.
Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, including manpower and productivity.
Identify site-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Ensure proper material planning, availability and utilization for finishing works.




Conduct inspections and ensure timely rectification of snags and defects.
Coordinate with MEP and other services teams for interface-related finishing works.
Ensure proper documentation, quality records and project reporting.
Drive snagging, de-snagging and final handover activities.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
10–15 years of experience in construction/finishing works.
Building construction background is mandatory.
Experience in Residential / Commercial / High-Rise Building Projects will be preferred.
Strong hands-on experience in complete finishing execution and handover.
Positive knowledge of finishing materials, construction methodologies and quality standards.
Robust contractor, consultant and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead finishing teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
