Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team in Chennai, India. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support that drives revenue growth and strengthens client relationships. As a Sales Coordinator, you'll work collaboratively with sales professionals, internal departments, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales activities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
Prepare proposals, contracts, quotations, and other sales-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Manage and maintain client accounts, correspondence, and sales records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to respond to inquiries and follow up on quotations, contracts, and payments
Monitor sales activities, booking status,



and key metrics in coordination with relevant departments
Prepare reports, sales activity updates, and performance trackers to support data-driven decision-making
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and familiarization trips with professionalism and organizational excellence
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and seamless service delivery
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all sales documentation is current, accurate, and compliant with company policies
Support the sales team in planning and coordinating sales missions, trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities
Build and maintain positive, transparent relationships with internal and external stakeholders through empathetic communication
Identify process improvements and contribute cutting-edge ideas to enhance sales operations and client satisfaction
Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a rapid-paced workplace
