Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Consultant with an HR background and robust ABAP development experience to support HR-related SAP solutions within a digital transformation setting. The role involves developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HR/HCM solutions, working closely with HR stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and developments.

What You Will Be Doing:
Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs related to HR/HCM modules.
Work closely with HR business teams to understand and translate HR process requirements into technical solutions.
Design and develop reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP HR workplace.




Support SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP programs.
Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and HR system integrations.
Prepare technical documentation and functional specifications.
Provide technical support and resolve production issues related to HR processes.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams.
