We are hiring for:

Front Office Supervisor

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience Required:

• 1–2 Years of experience in Front Office / Hotel Operations

• Previous supervisory or team-handling experience will be preferred

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

(Depending on knowledge & experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and guest-oriented Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, support the Front Office team, and ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day Front Office operations and ensure smooth workflow
Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations and inquiries professionally
Lead, guide and coordinate Front Office team members




Ensure consistent guest service and hospitality standards
Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery effectively
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B; and other departments for smooth operations
Monitor room status, guest requests and front desk activities
Maintain accurate records, reports and front office documentation
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, policies and service standards
Support upselling and revenue-generation initiatives when required
