Job Description
Oversee the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth, effective and consistent delivery across all departments.
Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence by maintaining brand standards and promptly addressing guest feedback.
Lead and motivate the hotel team, fostering a positive, engaged and performance-driven work culture.
Monitor hotel financial performance, including revenue, profitability, departmental costs and budget adherence.
Drive revenue and occupancy performance in coordination with Sales, Revenue Management and other commercial teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, statutory requirements, health, safety and security guidelines.
Review operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity, efficiency and overall hotel performance.
Coordinate with all HODs to ensure effective manpower planning, training, resource utilization and succession planning.
Manage vendor, stakeholder and corporate relationships to ensure operational continuity and cost effectiveness.
Represent the hotel professionally and support strategic initiatives, projects and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
