Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Handle routine and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, panels, and machines.
Troubleshoot breakdowns in motors, drives (VFDs), PLC systems, and control panels.
Ensure minimum downtime and quick restoration of services.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain records for preventive maintenance, statutory inspections, and calibration.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety norms, audits, and certifications.
Energy Management
Monitor and optimize power consumption.
Conduct regular energy audits and identify areas of improvement.
Team Coordination & Vendor Management
Coordinate with production, utilities, and other departments for smooth operations.
Manage vendor AMC, spares inventory, and procurement coordination.
Equipment Handling
Experience in handling HT/LT systems, DG sets, transformers, breakers, earthing systems, etc.
Hands-on experience in PLCs, SCADA, and automation systems is desirable
