The Reconciliation Specialist position at Archer offers exposure to multiple functions within investment operations providing middle and back office support for our clients. The Reconciliation Specialist role is primarily responsible for reconciliation, transaction processing and providing exceptional client service. This position is a hybrid position. Responsibilities: • Investigate and resolve all cash and position exceptions across accounts • Validate and process cash transactions in client accounts • Execute daily control tasks • Identify and resolve issues with custodians, banks, and brokers • Respond to various requests from intermediaries in a timely and qualified manner • Participate in department projects as needed
