Should have at least 8+ years directly in Wiring Manufacturing.
Positive Communication Skills.
Robust experience in Wiring harness Manufacturing.
Strong knowledge in Wires, Terminal, Connectors, Tapes and other Protection Materials.
Valuable Knowledge to understand the Supplier Drawing (Bundle Drawing 2D).
Coordinate with design engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies and ensure timely updates.
Maintain revision control and ensure correct release of drawings into PLM/PDM systems.

Proficiency in 2D Software (e.g., AutoCAD, Saber, Capital-H) for wiring harness design and documentation.
