Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Develop and manage a customer base for copper rods across the wire, cable, electrical, automotive, and allied industries.
Identify recent business prospects and generate qualified leads.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective customer acquisition and account management.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.

Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.

Order Management
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Track order status, deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and maintain sales documentation.
