About the Company

Kuche7 manufacturing Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and support the sales team in generating business prospects.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, and quotations.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the Sales team for customer enquiries and appointments.
Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.




Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely responses.
Generate and maintain a database of prospective customers.
Share customer feedback and market information with the reporting manager.

Requirements
12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fresher candidates can also apply.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.
