Pro HousyPoint Tech Solutions is hiring for an HR Internship.
HousyPoint Home Inspection helps homebuyers identify construction defects and quality issues before taking possession of their property through skilled home inspections and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions across departments.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening rounds for candidates.
Identify and connect with colleges/universities for campus placement drives.




Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells for ongoing collaboration.
Plan, coordinate, and execute campus hiring drives and pre-placement talks.
Assist in onboarding and induction of current joiners.
Support senior HR team members in day-to-day HR operations such as documentation, employee records, policy communication, and HR reporting.
Assist in organising employee engagement activities as required.

Requirements:
3–4 months of relevant experience.
Keen interest in human resources.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
