Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead our marketing activities, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
Plan influencer and creator marketing campaigns.
Manage marketing activities on Q-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
Develop promotional campaigns for current and existing products.
Coordinate with designers, agencies, sales teams, and other departments.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, sales, and marketing ROI.
Manage brand communication, content, creatives, and promotional materials.
Support product launches, market promotions, events, and retail marketing activities.
Conduct market research and track competitors and market trends.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
Build and maintain a solid and consistent brand image.
