An Food & Beverage (F&B;) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, or other food service outlets to ensure excellent customer service, productive operations, and compliance with company standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of F&B; staff.
Ensure high-quality customer service and promptly resolve guest complaints.
Monitor food and beverage service standards and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.
Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health,



and sanitation regulations.
Assist in opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Check food presentation, portion sizes, and service quality.
Conduct daily briefings with staff regarding menus, promotions, and operational updates.
Maintain records of sales, stock, attendance, and incidents.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
