What we are looking for

Role: ServiceNow CMDB/Service Mapping

Experience Range: 6 – 12 Years

Location: Pan India

Must Have:
6–10 years of ServiceNow experience with at least 4–6 years in ITOM.
Strong hands-on experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
Valuable knowledge of CMDB architecture, CSDM, and data modeling.
Experience integrating ITOM with monitoring and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in JavaScript, MID Server, and REST/SOAP integrations
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
ServiceNow CSA and CIS-ITOM certification preferred.

Positive to Have:
Experience in AIOps, Machine Learning, and Predictive Intelligence.
Knowledge of DevOps integrations (CI/CD, Git, Jenkins).
ServiceNow Discovery Exposure.
