Job Description: Area Sales Manager – PU Foam

(Mumbai)Position OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) – PU Foam based in Mumbai to drive revenue growth, expand our dealer network, and manage regional distribution. The ideal candidate will possess 7 to 8 years of solid sales experience specifically within the PU Foam or mattress industry, with a proven track record of stealing market share from top-tier brands.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Expansion: Primary responsibility to identify, onboard, and manage recent dealers, distributors, and retail touchpoints across the Mumbai region.Secondary Sales Drive: Actively work with the distribution network to ensure high liquidation of stock and counter-share dominance.Competitor Intelligence: Monitor and counter market strategies, pricing structures, and schemes of key competitors.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and track the daily performance of frontline sales executives.Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly,



quarterly, and annual primary and secondary sales volumes.Candidate ProfileExperience: Minimum 7–8 years in the PU Foam / Mattress industry (Mandatory).Target Background: Robust preference for candidates currently or previously working with Bhagwati Foam, Sleepwell, Kurlon, Duroflex, Centuary/Cenflex Foam, or Nilkamal.Geography: Deep, existing relationships with foam dealers and furnishings retailers in Mumbai MMR.Skills: Excellent negotiation, channel management, and aggressive field sales execution.Education: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (depending on experience and current CTC).Variables: Attractive performance-based sales incentives, travel allowances, and mobile reimbursements.
