Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and follow-ups.
Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, induction, documentation, and background verification.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HRMS data, and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules, and employee regularisation.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, deductions, incentives, and current joiners/exits.
Handle employee queries and support employee relations and grievance resolution.
Assist with performance appraisal, confirmation, promotions, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Support statutory compliance relating to PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Bonus, Gratuity,…
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
