Position : Quality Controller – Diamond Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Inspect rough and polished diamonds at various stages of production.
Check diamond cut, shape, proportions, symmetry, polish, and finish according to company standards.
Identify manufacturing defects, inclusions, scratches, chips, polishing marks, and other quality issues.
Perform final quality inspection before diamonds are released for packing or dispatch.
Use appropriate diamond inspection equipment, such as loupe, microscope, proportion scope, and other measuring instruments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in diamond manufacturing / diamond quality control is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of diamond characteristics and manufacturing processes.
Good knowledge of diamond grading parameters such as 4Cs – Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat Weight.
Valuable eyesight and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in diamond quality control or diamond manufacturing.
Experience with microscopic inspection and diamond grading is an advantage.
