Job Description:
Gro Wealth Group of Companies is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executives (CRE) to join our team. The role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with customers and assisting them with our financial and investment-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial product information.
Explain investment and other financial products clearly to customers.
Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and service-related requests.
Generate leads through customer references, networking, and other business-development activities.
Follow up with prospective customers and support the conversion process.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure valuable customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth customer support.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Achieve assigned business and customer-service targets.
Skills & Qualifications: Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-friendly attitude with a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of financial/investment products is an advantage. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience in banking, finance, insurance, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹31,690.33 per month
