E X P E R I E N C E & Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

• 8 – 12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or manager capacity.

• Location: Hyderabad

• Looking for some one who can join 15 days

• Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end hiring targets for business units or functions.

• Prior experience within a services, or technology company with quick-paced and niche hiring demands.

• Proficiency with up-to-date ATS platforms and sourcing tools.





• Solid communication skills with the ability to present to and influence C-suite and senior business stakeholders.

• In this role, you will lead recruitment for cutting-edge positions at the intersection of AI, data, and business evolution, gaining elite domain expertise in the world's fastest-growing tech sector.

• This role is not just about filling positions — it is about building a predictable, high-quality hiring engine aligned to business growth, project pipeline, and capability building.

• The Talent Acquisition Manager will own demand planning → talent mapping → hiring execution → quality of hire, with a strong focus on passive hiring, stakeholder influence, and speed without compromising quality.
