Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced L3 Technical Support Field Engineer with expertise in IT hardware troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance. The role covers servers, firewalls, manageable switches, backups, EPS, email services (MS 365, Google Apps), virtual machines, wireless access points and structured networks, including escalated remote/in office support and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide L3-level technical support for hardware-related issues across servers, firewalls, storage, and networking devices.

· Lead and mentor engineers, assist troubleshooting and issue resolution, and support coordinators in call allocations and prioritization.

· Diagnose and resolve complex server, firewall, and network problems escalated from L1 and L2 teams.

· Configure, install, and maintain servers, routers, switches, firewalls, EPS and backups; minimize downtime for critical IT issues.

· Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues,



solutions, and troubleshooting procedures in the ticketing system.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience: 8+ years in IT hardware support, including L3 troubleshooting.

· Education: Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. CCNA, MCSE, RHCE or similar certifications preferred.

· Solid expertise in servers, storage, firewalls, backups and networking; proficiency in Windows Server administration.

· Knowledge of RAID configurations, virtualization, server setup, cloud technologies, networking protocols, firewall configurations and security best practices.

· Excellent problem-solving, leadership and customer-service orientation; willingness to travel for in office support.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
