Job Description: Operation Executive

Position: Operation Executive
Location: Thane (Prefer candidate from Thane)
Reports to: Supply Chain Head

Role Overview

This is an entry-level but critical support function within the supply chain team. The Operation Executive will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing cases, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting client communication during escalations. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to supply chain processes while contributing directly to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
Shipment Coordination: Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to track shipments and deliveries.
Inventory Management: Update and reconcile inventory records, ensuring accuracy across systems.
Warehouse Operations: Manage inbound and outbound warehouse operations efficiently.
Storage Management: Ensure proper storage, material handling, and space utilization.
Client Escalation Support: Attend to client escalations regarding shipment delays, provide updates, and maintain skilled communication.
Delay Coordination:



Inform internal teams about shipment delays and coordinate corrective actions.
Root Cause Analysis: Prepare RCA reports for shipment delays and operational issues, highlighting corrective and preventive measures.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
