Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Conduct regular roaming inspection on production lines to monitor quality performance.
Perform inline quality checking at all operation stages.
Identify defects and provide immediate feedback to operators and supervisors.
Monitor critical operations and ensure compliance with buyer quality standards.
Prepare and maintain DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) reports.
Analyse defect trends and take corrective actions with production teams.
Ensure first-time-right production and reduce rework/rejection.
Verify corrective actions taken by production after defect identification.
Conduct hourly quality audits and maintain inspection records.
Escalate major quality issues to QC Supervisor/Manager.
