Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Joining: Immediate

Key Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in the construction industry

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Knowledge of estimation and costing

Experience in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation

Quantity take-offs and site measurements

Site execution and coordination skills

Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities

Local candidates preferred

Must be fluent in Konkani and English (Hindi/Marathi will be an added advantage)

Skilled, punctual, responsible, and committed to timely project completion
