Role Description:

This is a full-time in office role based in Rajkot for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will contact prospective and existing customers by phone, introduce products and services, explain features and benefits, and respond to questions. Responsibilities include generating new leads, following up on inquiries, managing call logs, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM or tracking system. The role involves handling basic customer support issues, escalating complex cases when required, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to meet sales targets.



The Telesales Executive is expected to achieve individual and team performance goals while maintaining professional and respectful communication in every interaction.

Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including explicit verbal communication and active listening.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills for managing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building long-term relationships.
Lead Generation and Sales skills for identifying opportunities, converting leads, and meeting sales targets.
Basic computer literacy and experience using telecalling tools or CRM systems.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and handle high call volumes.
Prior telesales or inside sales experience in manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Comfort working in office in Rajkot and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
