Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Onboarding Activities:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for recent hires.
Provide recent employees with a comprehensive orientation to the organization.
HR Discussions:
Engage in salary negotiations and discussions with candidates.
Assist in resolving employee queries related to HR policies, advantages, and procedures.
Salary Fitment:
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure salary fitment is aligned with organizational guidelines.
