Role Description

We are seeking a full time Human Resources Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad for an on-site role. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, implementation of HR policies,



and maintaining a productive work environment. You will play an integral role in supporting and enhancing our human resource initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
2+ Years of Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
Robust skills in managing Employee Relations to foster a positive work environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and regulatory compliance
Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
