About the Role

Location: Bangalore (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 Years Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) - Mandatory Project Type: Luxury Villas, Farm Residences, Premium Residential Projects

We are seeking a skilled 2D Architect with robust experience in architectural drafting, working drawings, and site coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with measurements in Feet & Inches, AutoCAD drafting, and execution-level drawings for luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, including:
Floor Plans
Elevations
Sections
Working Drawings
Construction Details
Furniture Layouts
Door & Window Schedules
Develop accurate drawings using AutoCAD 2D, adhering to architectural standards.
Create drawings using Feet & Inches measurements, ensuring proper dimensions and scale.
Translate site measurements into detailed architectural drawings.
Coordinate with:
Design Team
Structural Consultants
MEP Consultants
Site Execution Teams
Conduct site visits for:
Measurement verification
Site coordination
Drawing validation
Modify drawings based on client requirements and site conditions.
Ensure drawings are execution-ready for contractors and vendors.
Maintain drawing revisions, documentation,



and project records.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
1–5 years of experience as a 2D Architect or Architectural Draftsperson.
Experience with luxury villas, farmhouses, and residential projects is preferred.
Strong knowledge of:
AutoCAD 2D
Architectural drafting standards
Building planning
Construction detailing
Mandatory experience with Feet & Inches measurements and practical application in preparing architectural drawings.
Ability to:
Read and interpret site dimensions accurately.
Prepare accurate floor plans with dimensions.
Calculate room sizes, wall thicknesses, openings, and layouts.
Maintain scale accuracy in CAD drawings.
Ensure coordination between drawings and actual site execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Good understanding of construction processes.
Knowledge of materials and architectural detailing.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple drawings and revisions effectively.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work full-time on-site in Bangalore.
