Job Opening: Chemical Plant Operator

Job Type:

Full-time, Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-Hour Shift)

Shift Rotation: Every 15 Days

Salary Range:

₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skill set)

Educational Qualification:

Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:
B.Sc. (Chemistry)
ITI (AOCP / LACP)
Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Candidates without the above qualifications but with relevant experience and willingness to work may also be considered.

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in operating chemical plant machinery or similar industrial roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain process vessels under specific pressure and temperature conditions as per batch requirements.
Operate and clean the filter press, ensuring effective filtration and washing.




Supervise and coordinate with laborers for plant operations.
Handle material charging into reactors and other plant equipment.
Monitor loading and unloading operations in dryers.
Perform minor maintenance activities as required.
Follow instructions from the Plant Head and ensure smooth operations across departments.
Be flexible to work in various departments based on operational needs.

Basic understanding of plant operation procedures.
Ability to handle chemical equipment and follow safety protocols.
Team coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced workplace.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
