Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Social Media Manager to manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple brand handles and verticals. The role will involve content planning, coordination, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
Coordinate with content, design, clinical, business, and brand teams.
Develop content ideas for campaigns, events, awareness days, and brand initiatives.
Coordinate content from ideation and approval through final publishing.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Manage social media requirements across multiple brands, programs, centres, and initiatives.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience interactions.
Track reach, engagement, followers, views, shares, saves, and profile activity.




Prepare social media performance reports and identify high- and low-performing content.
Monitor competitor and industry social media activity.
Suggest improvements based on audience behaviour and content performance.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Knowledge of Reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and short-form videos.
Robust written communication skills.
Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and social media handles simultaneously.
Proactive approach with solid ownership of content calendars.
Experience in healthcare, education, parenting, wellness, or consumer-facing brands will be an advantage.
