Job Description
SAP EWM Architect | Bangalore/Mumbai | Grade E1
Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Architect with 20+ years of SAP experience, including 10+ years in SAP EWM, to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs. The role requires expertise in SAP EWM solution architecture, delivery leadership, client advisory, and capability development across global engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP EWM solution architecture and design for complex transformation programs.
Drive customer workshops, blueprinting, advisory engagements, and solution governance.
Manage implementation, rollout, and AMS engagements.
Collaborate with SAP modules including MM, SD, TM, PP, and QM.
Support pre-sales, RFPs, solutioning, estimations, and business development initiatives.
Required Expertise
Embedded and Decentralized SAP EWM architectures.
Advanced EWM functionalities including Wave Management, POSC/LOSC, VAS, Deconsolidation, Cross-Docking, Yard Management, MFS, and RF Framework.
Warehouse automation experience with ASRS and MFS (Dematic or Schaeffler).
Integration expertise with S/4HANA, ECC, APIs, IDocs, qRFC, CPI, and PI.
Experience delivering at least 5 end-to-end SAP EWM implementations.
Leadership & Industry Experience
Proven experience leading architects, consultants, and delivery teams.
Solid stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
Experience across Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, 3PL, and Supply Chain transformation programs.
SAP EWM certification and exposure to warehouse automation, robotics, and digital supply chain preferred.
