Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for our social media, marketing campaigns, in-salon promotions, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media posts, stories, reels, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
Design promotional materials such as posters, brochures, flyers, standees, service menus, and offers.
Develop creative concepts for festive campaigns, new launches, events, and promotional activities.
Maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
Edit and enhance images and other creative assets.
Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, HR, and Management teams to understand design requirements.
Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest graphic design, beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
Coordinate with printing vendors and other external agencies when required.
Review creative work and maintain a high standard of design quality.
Guide junior designers and support the overall creative team when required.

Requirements




3–5+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
Solid understanding of branding, typography, colour, composition, and layouts.
Experience creating content specifically for Instagram and other digital platforms.
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
A robust portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Experience in salon, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of video editing/motion graphics will be a plus.

A creative qualified who can take ownership of projects, bring fresh ideas to the brand, and consistently deliver premium, visually appealing designs.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
