Manager – Business Development & Client Servicing

Triangular Dots Creative Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a agile, driven and client-focused Manager – Business Development & Client Servicing who can build solid client relationships, identify new business opportunities and independently manage projects from brief to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and actively build a strong client pipeline.
Identify and connect with relevant brands, marketing teams and corporate decision-makers.
Understand client briefs and develop impactful event, activation and experiential marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, concepts and commercial pitches in coordination with internal teams.
Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities to grow business from current accounts.
Lead client servicing from briefing and planning through execution and closure.
Coordinate closely with creative, production and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage timelines, budgets, negotiations and client expectations.
Ensure regular follow-ups on proposals,



pitches and business leads.

What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in events, experiential marketing, activations or an advertising/marketing agency.
Solid experience in Business Development + Client Servicing.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Confident in pitching ideas and interacting with senior-level clients.
Strong commercial understanding with a revenue and growth mindset.
Ability to multitask, take ownership and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Existing corporate/brand relationships would be an advantage.
