L4 – Expert Laptop / Motherboard Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex and escalated motherboard/component-level repairs.

Diagnose no-power, intermittent, charging and complex boot failures.

Perform advanced power-section and power-sequence troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot CPU/GPU, charging, power-management, BIOS, EC/KBC and related circuits.

Perform advanced micro-soldering and component-level repairs.

Perform BGA/rework where applicable.

Analyze schematics, board views and circuit diagrams.

Identify root causes of repeated motherboard failures.

Develop repair solutions for difficult/unsupported cases.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L2/L3 technicians.





Support technical SOP development and repair process improvement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
