Role Summary :

Responsible for delivering accurate diagnostic services with strict adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and patient care protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect samples, conduct lab tests (including instant testing), and deliver reports on time.

Follow all quality, safety, and documentation guidelines.

Maintain lab equipment, records, and patient confidentiality.

Assist with home sample collection and coordinate with partner labs.

Ensure positive patient interaction through transparent guidance, empathy,



and professional service with excellent manner of customer relation

Candidate Profile :

Strong focus on accuracy, integrity, and compliance

Good communication and patient-handling skills

Willing to take up field responsibilities

Qualification & Experience :

DMLT / BMLT or equivalent

1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers may apply)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
