Job Purpose

Participates the development, improvements and deployment of Quality Management systems and tools. Develops and coordinates employees trainings.

Job Description
Configures and upgrades the Quality Management System
Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes among employees of the site
Communicates programs, standards and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees
Participates in the elaboration of Group tools to measure performance
Recommends recent quality policies or procedures to ensure high quality products,



processes or services
Carries out extensive statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis
Reports regularly regarding the system performance and current developments

You Are Meant For This Job If
Bachelor's degree preferably with a specialization in Quality (Engineering degree for Quality Engineer only, equivalent qualification for Quality Analyst)
2 to 5 years of experience
Valuable knowledge of Management Systems
