Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HRM Faculty to teach and mentor students in Human Resource Management concepts and practical applications.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver HRM sessions and guide students in academic activities.
Support student learning, assignments, and assessments.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Knowledge of HRM functions including employee information management, attendance and leave tracking, payroll processing, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, employee records management, and reporting & analytics.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
