We are looking for a responsible and motivated Office Staff / Telecaller to join our team in the Radiology QA & Licensing Services field.
Only candidates based in Gujarat will be considered for this position.

Job Responsibilities:
Make calls to hospitals, diagnostic centres, clinics and radiology centres.
Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding Radiology Machine QA and Licensing services.
Explain our services to clients and coordinate appointments.
Maintain client details, follow-up records and daily calling reports.
Coordinate with the technical team for QA visits and documentation.
Assist with preparation and collection of required documents for licensing work.
Handle basic office administration and computer-related work.
Regularly follow up with clients through phone calls and WhatsApp.





Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Gujarati and Hindi communication skills preferred.
Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
Candidates with experience in medical, diagnostic or radiology-related offices will be preferred.

Pay: ₹8,873.08 - ₹28,799.45 per month
