Candidate must have the knowledge of Freight Forwarding & NVOCC import Documentation
Collect data required for import shipment.
Coordination with CHA for any other documents required.
Arrival notice & delivery order to be send to customers.
After IGM inward is finalized, send invoice to customer as per their shipment type.
Issuing delivery order to customers once all the required documents are submitted by the consignee/CHA to our valuable office.
DPD + CFS documents filing as per consignee requirement.
Monitor vessels ETA/berthing prospects and inform customer accordingly
Pre-alert once received ETA/berthing to be monitored
Maintaining monthly volume data of import in excel sheet on daily basis.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
