Grinding Operator
Key Responsibilities:
Operate grinding machines for surface, profile, and cylindrical grinding operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings and inspection requirements.
Identify grinding defects such as burn marks, taper, dimensional variations, etc.
Perform grinding wheel and dresser touch-point settings.
Monitor machine operations and ensure proper process settings.
Perform in-process inspection and ensure product quality.
Carry out basic troubleshooting of machine-related issues.
Qualification & Experience:
DME / B.E. Mechanical qualification.
2–5 years of experience in grinding processes.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments.
Experience in handling precision components.
Basic knowledge of grinding wheels, dressing, and machine settings.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
