Role: Customer Service Executive – UK Telecom Process
Shift: UK Shift | 11:30 AM to 3:30 AM
Salary: ₹50,000
Cab: One-way cab facility
Process
Handle inbound calls from Virgin Media O2 customers regarding billing, accounts, plans, services, and other telecom queries. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or upgrades through upselling.
Eligibility
HSC + 1 year experience in an international voice process, OR
Graduate + 6 months experience in an international voice process
Valuable English communication skills
Customer-focused attitude
Comfortable working UK shifts
Outstanding prospect to work with an international telecom process and build your customer service career.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
