-Ensuring Procurement is done within Given Budgets and Overlooking the process of Sourcing for all Props and materials for theme parties
Planning Research and Sourcing Visits with Team members for competetive vendors and prices
Refreshing Vendor Lists with current and trending vendors in the market.
Mainting all Incoming and Outgoing Company Expenses on Excel Sheet.

-Client Servicing from beginning to end
Pitching Event, Execution, Closing event and taking Full Feedback from Customer - - Coordination with Vendors, Venues, Caterers, Games activities, Decor Team.




Daily Work Report entailing checklist for work to be done in the day.
Ensuring Post-event Feedback, communications, reporting & analysis.
Planning, Coordination, Communication & Logistics of Full team on event days.

Being a Team Player & working towards the Success of the Company

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
