Job Description
Catalyst Education is looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Perinthalmanna branch.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential students.
Counsel students and parents about courses.
Follow up with leads through calls and messages.
Convert leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.
Maintain records of leads and follow-ups.
Support promotional activities and branch events.
Requirements
Any Degree.
1+ year sales experience preferred.
Education industry experience is an advantage.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge.
