Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support team development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.
Robust understanding of application design and configuration principles.
Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management.
This position is based at BDC14A - STPI.
A 15 years full time education is required.
