We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop new partnerships, and expand our student and agent network in the overseas education sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and increase student enrolments.
Build and maintain relationships with education agents, colleges, universities and institutional partners.
Identify new B2B opportunities and onboard new recruitment partners.
Handle B2B partner communication, negotiations and follow-ups.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, events and digital channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Coordinate with counselling, admissions and visa teams to ensure smooth student processing.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and business partners.
Research recent study-abroad destinations, institutions and market opportunities.
Prepare business reports and provide regular updates to management.
Represent the company at education fairs, seminars and partner meetings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Graduation required.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Overseas Education, Immigration or Study Abroad preferred.




Strong knowledge of study-abroad destinations such as UK, New Zealand, Australia, Mauritius, Malta, Singapore, Europe, etc.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Solid B2B networking and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team.
Willingness to travel for agent meetings, seminars and business development activities.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives
