Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative, coordination, and follow-up support to senior management. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and calendars of senior management.
Handle emails, correspondence, documentation, and official communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other documents as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
Maintain records, significant documents, and confidential information.
Track deadlines, action points, and pending tasks for management.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other official requirements.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Skilled, presentable, and well-organized personality.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Executive, or similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication and organizational skills may also be considered.

A smart, responsible, well-presented, and proactive individual who can effectively coordinate with senior management and different departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
